I'm more familiar with C31 which is EAD under i360 (VAWA) like everyone else here..😊 but that C22 is something about legalization applicant under INA section 245A anyways it's something you can always research on..cheers!👍

I-360 (C31) doesn’t expire, does 245 (C22) expire? I need help to properly understand. Thanks

I'm in possession of a C31 which has a one year validity..so of course it does expire!😊 like I mentioned earlier regarding the C22, I have limited information concerning that category! I told you all I know concerning that and also encouraged you to research more on it!

Dear many blessing to you.

Not to put your hopes down, but if you file a new I-485 & I-765 concurrently with I-360 to Vermont Center on September 2018, after your marriage base I-485 was denied, I think this updated is on the I-765 page and not on the I-360 page, I think this I-765 is category c09 base on the new I-485 you filed and have pending with Vermont Center. You can confirm this with the receipts you received when you filed all 3 application each application have a unique receipt number.  The massages of we order you new card should be in the I-360 page to be category C31 base specifically on Vawa approval, but instead the message is on the I-765 page which you filed concurrently with i-360 & I-485.  This is also a good news... But if you still not sure wait to received EAD on hand to check the category.

Thank you for your input dear but it won’t make sense if the I-765 is under C09 because for reasons A.) when I’ve received my denial letter, C09 has been cancelled and It stated on the letter that I even have to return the card to the office B.) when me and my lawyer submitted the VAWA packet  we didn’t check on C09, we checked C31 C.) I checked on the receipt, the receipt number is the exact number on Form I-797C under Case type I-765 Application for employment authorization which is under class requested: C31. See image below that I cropped from the form I-797C. Am I missing an information here? Please clarify @sandranj4C37DDD7-5BA1-4336-ACC1-EE2E3E3CE06C.thumb.jpeg.6a17d89cd05381fac773b206ae133b8d.jpeg

I understand now your lawyer choose on the I-765 C31 category when you file concurrently. This mean your VAWA has been approved. Congratulations the Actual EAD card will also said C31.

Hi everyone

How many of you had your i-360 approved without police report attached as proof of abuse? I know it’s not necessary but sometimes I struggle with my thoughts wondering if I had enough evidence. :(

I attached

•1 psychological evaluation

•1 affidavit from my therapist

•1 report from my doctor stating that in a routine check up  I was visibly disturbed due to the psychological abuse I was being exposed and  my baby daughter’s safety

•1 ER report stating  that my husband punched me on the face

• pictures of my eye injured

• 4 affidavits of friends ( one of them was in my house when he punched me )

• Text message begging for help to our attorney due to his crazy behavior

• Facebook message asking help to a well know  therapist specialized in treat victims of psychopaths ( she is my therapist now)

For bona fide marriage

• marriage certificate

• lease agreements

• family pictures

• our baby birth certificate

• statements showing him transferring money to my bank account

• receipts showing him buying and shipping furnitures to our new apartment under my name

• car insurance

• affidavit of friends

• affidavit of my obstetrician stating that he was with me in monthly appointments during my whole pregnancy

• prenup agreement

You have more strong evidences as compared to police reports

Yup dear it’s under C31. He told me before we can’t check on C09 because it’s marriage based EAD and I was denied on the spot. IO didn’t hold it so yeah C31. Had to go back from the very start. Thanks
