Yes, they can issue I765 Approval way before your Vawa is approved. 

There are 2 separate applications, your I765 is just as good as Vawa for you to be able to work.

Now you have to wait for Vawa approval 🙌🏼🇺🇸

Lol..again you have been approved! Relax and enjoy your good news..of course USCIS won't issue the card if you're not approved! Don't worry you'll get confirmation from folks who know the deal!😀😀😀 this is how mine went..3weeks later they sent the approval notice!

Ohhh my dear, please relax... I got the same email when I got my EAD C31... was crazy for me because I didn’t know what’s that mean at that moment and Didn’t know this blog... I think a week after I had it on hand and after that I got my VAWA approval letter... apparently getting the C31 means that you are approved... at least that was my case.

Thanks hun! I was told too by stillwinning. I can’t explain the feeling hun! I hope I get my card soon so I can work again. It’s crazy because the finalization of my divorce will be on the 3rd week! September it is!

Copies worked for me... also if you have text messages with her... good ones and bad ones, make a screen shot and explain wit your own words what is going on in those texts, if it is in another language translate it to English.. that is what I have done as part of my affidavit... also get friends and relatives if you have...ask the to put down in a letter what they know about the relationship good or bad and got with then and notarize those letters...

Yup dear it’s the work authorization. I sent I-360, I-765, I-485 concurrently. My ex was USC. No RFE’s so far.
