Did you apply 3 months before expiration date? It takes 2-3 months for renewal sometimes up to 4-5 months

This EAD is based on I765(c09) application?

because the I360 approval comes with an EAD too base on (c31/c33/c14...)

usually the I765 (c09) comes after 1 - 1.5 years after applying original packet or at least this was on my case.

I applied 5/2017 I got it on 2/2019 so pretty normal the length of timeline.

No dear, this is under C31. I got my C09 before but got cancelled when I went to the interview alone and IO denied my case on the spot.

I didn’t get I-94 when I arrived in US 2016 but I printed it off the website and gave to the interview USCIS officer and she accepted it

Got it! I read  cases like that previously.

Is your I360 approved?

If you haven’t just keep reviewing you EAD 3 months before expires because it takes a while... Best!

I am not understanding what's happening here....there's been an approval! It's the standard message for approval! Card production..remember?

Dear I hope it’s true! I am really looking forward to this day. It’ll be a year tomorrow 9/4/2018-filing date! I hope I’ll get a notice of approval soon! Thanks

They don't send the approval first...this is the procedure...at least for most of us..card production..then they send you the produced card, next approval notice! Relax dear..it's in order!!!

That’s my understanding too dear but I am asking all of you out there who had the experience! USCIS won’t issue EAD if I-360 isn’t approved right? I’m confused

I was referring is it was EAD through Vawa approval or I765 in any other category, either way is great news!!!
