Hey family today I got an interview date!  Though am confused at the stuff they are asking me to bring. to take evidence of abuse is it normal amongst so many stuff, amongst other documentations is it the procedure? @sandranj @Gogetter18 @Stillwinning!!!😊 @FridayGirl@69

Its a good thing..the attorney we have here is answering questions at this moment..you'll get your answer..but from what I see you're not doing bad so far..as there are both bona fide marriage and shared residence proof on the list! You can back it up with affidavits from family and friends..if you run into.any kind of confusion..we are all here!😊👍

Am excited too super but wondering why those documents,  I will wait on those who went to see what they have or every office has different requirements

Perhaps every office have their methods of adjudication..but I know I have never heard of i485 interview letter asking for abuse details..to be on the safe side just go with the documents you submitted to Vermont to prove abuse. But Damn! This is sounding like VAWA part 2😏😕..or maybe it's just my thoughts!

Girl I just reread it 5 times to understand,  but its asking me to take any documents I submitted at the immigration,  it's kinda marriage based interview,  so guess what I will carry everything plus any other thing I need. I will gladly give them. 💃💃💃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️😎😎 it's been the longest time ever.

if you discuss your abuse with your family outside the US, it should work, or if your family attended your wedding, that would be a good affidavit as well

Maybe the letter is not wierd its just you...I hope you won't make up something else thats not there..😂😂😂😂 relax and await the blessings of the most HIGH!🙏 the time has come..please before folks start asking for timeline..kindly outline it here..and set yourself free!😀😀😉

I think I was confused for a moment 😁😁😁😄😄, you are right.

When September came I told God I need an answer. And my child made a prayer for me. 😭😭 it was so emotional.

To the best of my knowledge, I don't see why they would ask you to bring proof of abuse to your GC interview, please if you don't have an attorney, please hire and go with an attorney, a good attorney who will put them in their place as they are not supposed to be asking you for all that at this stage.

* Joint Bank Statements 

* Joint Amazon Prime Account 

* Car Title with both our names

* Pictures of Amazon and USPS package delivery with her names on our address

* Car Insurance with both our names

* Pictures of some of her mails coming into the mail box through USPS informed delivery  and little pictures of both of us together wedding pictures inclusive

 Are all these enough for prove of Bona Fide Marriage? I have shelter and doctor records for prove of abuse and I’m already going through therapy as well 

Hi There! when I filled my Vawa, I had almost the same as you have, but you should have more information in your pending I130/I485 like her birth certificate and how about the marriage certificate, Do you have it?

She took all original of her documents away when she left but I have copies of them in my AOS file including marriage certificate..hope that works
