Legally speaking they have 120 days to adjudicates after the RFE’s answer,that being said wait a little bit more .

* Pictures of Amazon and USPS package delivery with her names on our address

* Car Insurance with both our names

* Pictures of some of her mails coming into the mail box through USPS informed delivery  and little pictures of both of us together wedding pictures inclusive

 Are all these enough for prove of Bona Fide Marriage? I have shelter and doctor records for prove of abuse and I’m already going through therapy as well 

Its a good thing..the attorney we have here is answering questions at this moment..you'll get your answer..but from what I see you're not doing bad so far..as there are both bona fide marriage and shared residence proof on the list! You can back it up with affidavits from family and friends..if you run into.any kind of confusion..we are all here!😊👍

Folks let’s keep this thread about VAWA, there are a LOT of posts about DMV and DL since VAWA thread part 9.I am here since 2005 and I never saw people asking over and over about DL like lately .Of course the questions here are not just for me,it’s for everyone ,but I read all questions and I try to answer all questions possible but I am losing so many time reading questions to realize the questions are about DMV and DL.

The judge can approve on the spot or not.I particularly prefer to adjust status with the USCIS rather than adjusting with the Immigration Court.

If he is living abroad file form l824 and follow the form instructions.It might take 8/10months, if he is in the U.S he has to file for AOS.

Considering you applied in July you should get the EAD within 6months.

fill ou the form that  you cannot be a juror because you are not a U.S Citizen, just U.S Citizens can be part of the jury.

fill ou the form that  you cannot be a juror because you are not a U.S Citizen, just U.S Citizens can be part of the jury.

Good Morning friends. I hope you all had a nice long weekend.

I am still very much concerned about my EAD. it is expiring on 18th Sept within 2 weeks and I did not receive any thing from USCIS 😞 Please pray for me

I’m also waiting for an answer! It’s 67 days after RFE today.

Get some affidavits from your friends and family who witnessed the abuse. also they can write about your bona fide marriage. the list you mentioned is enough. add some pictures as well

I submitted fbi fingerprint card and fbi background check to Vermont. If your question is about the biometrics appointment, yes I did have my biometrics appointment on July 19, 2019 and I got EAD approved on Aug 15, 2019.  Hope it helps!

Oh thanks for your response...yes i Got two affidavits from friends here already...waiting two other affidavits from my family back home (outside the US) hope that makes sense
