I got a phone call from my neighbor in my home country and i was told that A fire broke out in my apartment  and unfortunately  they couldn’t control it at the beginning and everything burnt down completely  ! 

Can i ask for expedition for my travel document based on these circumstances ! I just wanna go there to assist the losses my self and repair what can be repaired ! 

I don’t know what to do , they have my combo card application since June 2019

Criteria for Expedited Processing on Form I-131

USCIS may expedite an Application for Travel Document (Form I-131), in certain situations, which may include:

• Severe financial loss to company or person;
• Emergency situations;
• Humanitarian reasons;
• Nonprofit organization whose request is in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States;
• Department of Defense or National Interest Situation (Note: The request must come from an official U.S. Government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to the Government.);
• USCIS error; or
• Compelling interest of USCIS.

Hi guys,

I am currently pending I-485 and I-360.
Applied for EAD+AP extension in July (NOA Received on July 16, Fingerprint Review Completed on July 19, 2019).
The question is when should I expect new card in the mail? What month Vermont USCIS is currently extending ?
Asking because my employed already requested new EAD.

I applied on April 15 and received my EAD today 8/30/2019.

Your NOA should serve as your 180days extension for the next 6months! Explain/show that to your employer! FYI My fingerprints review was completed since March! I applied in Feb 2019! Still waiting! C9 EAD renewal!
