09/25/2018 approved i360

09/26/2018 transferred my local office.

I have not got any CL yet . 

still waiting for i485 interview in Queens field office . How long I have to wait for interview. Anybody please advise. Thank you !!!

 

I believe N.Y. is taking as long as 8months and above! Not everyone gets CL..although I got mine in July after being approved in March/April 2019. You'll probably just receive interview notice..hopefully soon!🙏😊

Hello everyone ! 

Iam new here , i wished i knew about this forum before i filled my package ! 

I sent my package Feb 2018 , approaching 19 months now! 

I got a phone call from my neighbor in my home country and i was told that A fire broke out in my apartment  and unfortunately  they couldn’t control it at the beginning and everything burnt down completely  ! 

Can i ask for expedition for my travel document based on these circumstances ! I just wanna go there to assist the losses my self and repair what can be repaired ! 

I don’t know what to do , they have my combo card application since June 2019 

Any advise please

If you're asking for yourself then I believe you can file..it's a separate petition! Probably gives you a foothold of some kind..until you sought out your i485 issues and probably file a fresh one based on the pending i360!👍

I can tell you right now..that you can try to get the emergency AP..but I don't know the hierarchy of emergency and if this incident is considered fatal enough..especially when there is no demise...in USCIS book! But like I said do try..👍
