...and I applied Feb 2019..some cases just take longer than others! But hopefully they honour your request to expedite! Until then..sit tight!

I hope so too :-) i am working atleast i am not getting panic and depression attacks but if they will delay my EAD, i will again start to get depression and anxiety attacks because i keep thinking about the abuse which I suffered :/

Guys, what to write and what not to.. It was one of that shaking day where pain of 5 years was felt repeatedly many times. Today morning the thriller call from attorny office and then USCIS website down for hours, Now I checked.. and found below message on my I-485 Case no.

"On August 28, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EACxxxxxxxxxx  and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. "

What does it mean.. I am thinking positive with tears  (of thanks to Almighty Lord Jesus) in my eyes😪.

I will give my timeline later once I have something tangible in hand.

Congratulations!!

God is good.

Now relaxxxxx. Go on a vacation!

She recently submitted RFE so I believe USCIS is merely acknowledging it's receipt!👍

@Stillwinning!!!😊Sweety I haven’t submitted the RFE yet.. I was planning to submit it Nextweek... but the way it is now I may wait a beat , it’s not an REF it just what I felt was missing in my application I wanted to submit myself.. but I haven’t submitted it before I got this update today

OMG!😳 it's taking long...thought you did already...what's going on? What's the difficulty?😕

Sweety it wasn’t a direct REF , it was just something I felt was missing in my application I wanted to submit, but I didn’t submit it  yet.. cos it’s not a pressing thing like they asked for.. so I planned submitting it next week before I saw this update this morning..
