Everything was approved,  now we are waiting for an interview for Montreal. What is the travel docs site?

Some consular posts, such as Canada, Mexico, etc, don't have a ustraveldocs site. Others like Nicaragua, Panama, etc, do have a site: https://www.ustraveldocs.com/

Canada does have a CSRA site: https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/iv

My hubby works a lot and wants to have his VISA sent to his work once he gets it. Is there a way we can request a different location than his home?

He could try to ask at the interview but no guarantee that they’ll say yes

When he fills out his return documents section in the link provided, they send the passport and visa to the nearest Canada post pick up location.  For an extra fee he can have it delivered.  I wouldn't bother unless he lives quite far from the nearest Canada Post location.
