I was wondering if the timing of my post (Friday afternoon) had something to do with this topic sort of withering, but then I see a bunch of posts from Saturday, so... I mean, I know it's an uncomfortable topic, and it doesn't lend itself too well to being dismissed with memes without looking, ummmm, a little misogynist! Like:

Q: Why are women treated as lesser creatures in so many societies, suitable only for domestic activities?

A: Shut up and make me a sandwich.

(Please take that in the joking manner in which it was typed! :D )

Not necessary...I like polite conversation while my sandwich is being made. I'm sensitive like that.

Seriously though. I think a lot of younger men are fearful about how to interact with women now. At least the thoughtful ones are. I am happy that my two older sons are already married and have families. My two youngest look like Abercrombie models so that makes interaction a lot easier for them. Meaning that they rarely have to initiate  interaction or fear rejection. It's just a different world than when I was a young man. For better or worse....

Finally done...

Don’t let THAT hold you back.

Take it from a guy who was married twice before he found THE woman.  Growing up, I had heard the terms “soulmate” and “chemistry”, but sadly, there is NO WAY to teach nor to learn what that is.  But when it happens to you, it WILL change your life, I promise.  And if you happen to find chemistry with a particularly hawt guy, or one who doesn’t care about pens but finds joy in cooking you a culinary phantasm, all that has gone before just won’t matter.

The ideal guy for any woman would very fastidiously store his fountain pen in his codpiece.

(Would like to see that requirement in some babe's online dating profile)
