Declaration of how you met in person in the last two years. This should be a single typed page attachment regarding question 18 of the I-129F. Make sure to sign and date it.

I am just curious how this shoudl be outlined. I dont know what to put on this page other than the dates. Can anyone just show me an example of how they did it?

Some people write a few sentances to fit in the box and other write several pages. I wrote 3 paragraphs. The first outlined our first meeting and the other 2 gave dates and places of our other meetings and engagement. Nothing sentimental etc, just dates and places.

I would write it the same way I would send an email to a casual friend who asked how I met my SO. There is not set outline but you only want to mention things you can show evidence of. For instance don't mention traveling to a city you don't have a hotel receipt, ticket or boarding pass for.

I second this. I wrote it in three or four paragraphs. I briefly explained when we met the first time, including the dates and some places we went. Then I explained the next several visits and included some (non sentimental) info about him meeting my kids and our engagement. For everything I listed I have ticket stubs and/or photographs to back up.
