They don't send those questionnaires to every one. Questionnaire is also called DS 5535 form and it asks for last 5, 10 or 15 years history. Such cases may take upto 2 years in processing but eventually you will get the visa. I hope they process it for you soon.

Ok, thanks ... I hope my investigation ends soon , so far i am in 7 months of my AP since i send all those Documents and Questionnaire back .  I am just confused, that what will happen with my Medical test ? I had it before Interview which was Nov 2018 , and in 2 months it will be 1 whole year , Will it still be valid  ? I still have that Sealed Chest X-ray/report .

They will ask you to retake the medical if it's expired when the AP is complete.

How long before the medical expire ? I took it in last November , will it last 1 year ?

I hope my AP completes before my Medical expire , Medical is not cheap in Pakistan , it took 20,000 Pkr more or less 150$ ..
