Hello dear, sorry that you have to experience that. I didn’t do anything, it was just a glitch. Keep trying, you’ll be able to access it.

I have been selected for the DVD 2023 but when I try to start filling out the DS-260 form by entering case number, confirmation number ,surname, birthday and then continue it says "Your request cannot be processed at this time."
