She's filling out her DS-260, I just finished filling out my I-864, she's making copies of our 11 letters of support( including 4 affidavits), certified/notarized copies of her birth certificate, freedom to marry, original marriage certificate  and 6-year residence at my condo(all notarized or certified), plus other supporting documents. Let the embassy tell her what's missing.

I misread the support affidavit, I-864, for the support affidavits and other support letters specified in the I-130 petition, so she won't bring those letters

Embassy doesn't care about your residency in Thailand.   They will want evidence of residency in the USA .. do you have a home there?    U.S. bank accts?

Yes, I have a U.S. checking account, a driver's license, a copy of my 2018 1040 tax return and copies of my insurance payments for 5 properties I own(all to be submitted with my I-864
