Considering the previous visa denial----

Is the mother a US citizen/LPR?  The easiest solution would be for the boy's mother to travel to Pakistan to accompany her son back to the US.

There is no taking my nephew to America visa.  Your nephew's mother will have to come get him or make other appropriate arrangements.

You qualify for a visitor visa based on your circumstances and you have already been refused once.  Wanting to take your nephew to the US does not matter to the US Embassy.

Your 2018 thread after the visa denial (along with some sort of misrepresentation on the DS-160) is in reference to hoping to apply a 2nd time and obtain a tourist visa for the purpose of escorting your USC mother back to Pakistan... did you ever apply for that one?

Just wanted to clarify if you have 1 or 2 past denials.  If 2, the chance is slimmer.

This, or find an airline that has an unaccompanied minor program - I believe 5 is usually the minimum age.

It seems odd to have left the kid there with no concrete plan to take him back to the US. @SKHAN, Who has been looking after him - presumably not you as you have a job outside the home? Can that person maybe have a better chance of getting a visa?

The OP has certainly been through the process once, maybe twice, so knows how it works.

You might be refused this time as well. An assistant job is not very "impressive" from the point of view of an interviewing officer (just saying).  But no harm in trying.

Depending on child's age, he can travel by himself or mother picks him up.

I've yet to hear of a school in the US where the summer vacation period starts in March/April.  Normally late June is when the summer break starts.  I suppose at the tender age of 6, missing around three months of school at a time isn't overly detrimental, though.

So what is the plan B if the visa is refused?  If plan B is for the mother to return to Pakistan to pick up her son, probably easier all-around to make that your plan A.

Wonder what the timeline to get a B would be anyway, difficult to imagine that there could be an assumption that this was a realistic option.

So this can not be Plan A.

2017 - OP was denied a visitor visa

2018 - OP wanted a B visa because 60 years old LPR mom could not travel alone

2019 - OP wants a B visa because 6 years old nephew could not travel alone

Plan A was to use the nephew as a pretext for needing a B visa to travel to the US.

i didnot understand what do u mean by plan A and plan B?

Can any one elaborate me

Plan A:  What your course of action is going to be.

Plan B:  What your remaining course of action is, should Plan A not work out the way you hope.

In basic terms---what your family's other option is, to get the nephew back to the US, if you are denied the tourist visa.  For example:

Plan A:  You bring the nephew back to the US if you are approved for a tourist visa.

Plan B:  You are denied the tourist visa, so your sister (the boy's mother) travels to Pakistan instead to bring her son home.

What other USC or LPR family members does the boy have?

How did your sister come to live in the United States?

Perhaps he can go to school in Pakistan until his mother is able to come and get him or he is old enough to travel on his own.
