hello..

my wife just sent in her pakcet 3 to mumbai embassy. I am getting ready to send her the affidavit of support m I-134 form. I have looked over the exampl form but still have some questions. if someone can clarify that would be great..!!! again, this will be for my wife..

1. in question 3, I put down my wife's information under "this affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person.

this might be picky, but in the box labeled "realation to sponsor" can I just put in spouse or I need to indicate "WIFE"..??

2. on question 8, "the following person are dependeant upon me for support.

on the sample form on VJ, it is left out blank (is it becuase its for K1 visa)

should I put my wife's name and check box saying wholly dependent.??

2. on question 10, "I have submitted visa petitions on behalf of the following person"

do I list both I-129 and I-130

any help will do great..!!!! probably be sending out tomorrow morning if everything goes alite

2. No, you should not put your wife's name in answer to this question. This question is blank on the example form because the example person does not have any dependents (or, because the example is incorrect).
