lost green card

i just stumbled on this website by accident and i am really glad, i am a male , USC and my wife is from zimbabwe , we hae been married for over 4 years now and we have two lovely children , the reason of my posting this thread is that my wife lost her 10 year green cardin december last year when we went to the park , we dont know what to do , how do we go about getting a replacement for it

You file form I-90 with USCIS and pay $260. Takes about a year to receive a replacement I-551 card.

Meanwhile you should make an infopass appointment with the local USCIS district office and obtain a temporary I-551 stamp for your wife's passport.
