Hey guys, I’m an August 2019 filer and I haven’t had an update to my case since it was at the status ‘ready to be scheduled for an interview’ in early 2020. My permanent resident status is going to be valid with my 18 month extension until May 22 2021, so I’m getting a little nervous.

Is there a point at which I should I be filing for a further extension? Is that even a thing?

Same case. In end of Feb 2020 I also got the same status that its ready to be scheduled for interview. But since then no update.

I also filed for naturalization in mid of July 2020. But no update for that even.

My 18 month extension till April 1, 2021. I am worried that if I don't get conditions remove or citizenship interview. So what should I do. I  don't know.  How to file for extension? Any advice. Thank you.

Hi. I am a July 2019 filer...and same! Not even a bio!!! And this is really strange as I know just one more person who is is the same situation ( no bio also) but he at least has an N400 interview in January...

what is your service center? Mine is Texas, SRC. And of course I created a lot of service requests, called, even asked help from Senator - useless...

It looks good. Often they send out an RFE for new evidence if it's been long since the petition was submitted, an RFE doesn't have to mean that you didn't send enough good evidence the first time. A lot can happen in a year, they just want to make sure you're still in a bonafide marriage. Good luck, I bet your approval is very close now.

🙂 I hope too. They received my documents according to fedex. Do we know how usually RFE documents review and decision made. I hope its not another months of  long time.

Same here. Filed in Aug 2019. Had biometrics in March 2020 and the status has been same since: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. Its with Nebraska Service center. Don't know how long do I have to wait to see any update. Extension letter expiring in March. Called for an infopass today coz i have to travel in March. So lets see.

Filed for N-400 last week.

We received notification that our case was approved and have since received the 10-year Green Card.  No interview or RFE's.

I am in the same boat...I reached out to USCIS to get an infopass appointment to get my passport stamped for extension. They suggested I reach out to them after March 31st so that they can provide an appointment. Hopefully this helps
