Here is my timeline -

 

08/05/19 - We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

05/13/20 - The fingerprints relating to your Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, were taken. (The old one was applied automatically due to covid office closures)

11/09/20 - Your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, was transferred to another office for processing.

11/10/20 - We transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case.

12/01/20 - New Card Is Being Produced

 

As for the evidence we submitted  with my for I-751.

 

- Joint tax returns

- Photos

- 2 affidavits from friends

- 3 months of joint bank statements

- 1 joint personal loan

- We DID NOT file apartment lease as we haven't moved since i-485 was approved, during which we submitted the our lease.

I've posted a couple times in this thread so I just wanted to give a final update on our case. On September 8 we got a notification that my husband was scheduled for his N-400 interview at the Charles

Applied for ROC on 8/23/19, application went to LIN, received notice today on 7/28/20 that card is being produced. No RFE, No interview   YAY!

Hi Everyone!  Well, we are back!  Now its time to file for Removal of Conditions for my wife's Green Card.  It expires on October 30.  Just sent the Packet out to the AZ office since we are in CA.  Sh

Finally!!!!! Got the email notification this morning. 😀 No new biometrics, no RFEs, no interview. Whew!!!

Just got this 5 mins ago. They must have started producing cards. My timeline is very similar to @kumakun.

Congrats!!! It's weird we got the email on 12/7 that card was being produced, then got an email on 12/8 that our case was approved. (Seems the latter should have happened first but we're not complaining!). Got email yesterday that our card has been shipped, but there doesn't seem to be any way to get a tracking number. But all in all good news for CSC'ers who got our cases transferred recently.

WOw... Congratulations !  Finally !! 

 

I am still waiting to hear updates from uscis , my case was transfer to Lee Sumit.  Just praying. :)

I got scan uscis mail today. it says coming   USCIS  "970 Broad St, Newark, NJ 07102"   Online in case tracker there is no update.  I am waiting for actual mail to come. What do you think this mail could be ?

I am also from NJ. I also filed in August 2019 to remove condition from PR Card.

 

In February my status updated that I am ready to be interviewed.

 

But after that I never got any updates probably due to corona newark field office not scheduling any case right now.  I am waiting. I don't know if they started scheduling for interviews.

 

My question to you is, you also got the status previously that your case is ready to be interview and then you got RFE or you never get those status Nd got RFE?

I never got update about interview , it still says your case been transfered. But I receive letter requesting further evidence.

We just got our approval for my husband! On December 29th :D

 

Filed in August 2019

Had fingerprint appointment for March but that got cancelled due to Covid.

In May we got notice that his previous fingerprints were use.

December 10th they transferred us to NBC.

December 29th Case has been approved.

 

No notice on card being produced yet. But it is finally coming!

 

Wait for it guys, seems like real soon for all use August filers :D

Hello everyone, and happy new year. 

 

My I-751 is pending, filed in August 2019. I filed N-400 in July 2020. My I-751 status hasn’t changed since December 31st 2019 (Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview)

 

Well, December 28th 2020 I received my N-400 interview notice (interview is February 3rd 2021)

 

My questions is, with my I-751 pending, would they do a combo interview or just the N-400?

 

Anyone in a similar situation?

Tell me please, and you reside also in NJ? As it looks like they send RFE and correspondence sometimes from absolutely different offices...for example I know someone who lives in PA but case got transferred to KY and received RFE also from KY...thanks
