Good News!!!

Received the approval letter ( 1-751 Removal of conditions) along with the other mail which consist of my husbands green card. Finally! After filing June 24, 2019 and Biometrics Oct 6, 2019. 11 months of waiting. Finally!

FYI: checking the case status online isn't updated coz every single day i check, there was no new update that it was approved or card is being produced.

Good Luck for those who are still waiting!

My husband is a filer from June 24, 2019, How's everyone's processing status for removal of condition ( 1-751)?

His GC extension ( paper ) is expiring on Dec 2020.

Any positive news on your cases?

Our case was transferred to Potomac Service Center stating it could fasten the service/process.

Any insights?

Thank you.

Has anyone been approved recently in YSC?  There doesn't seem to be any movement whatsoever

Thank you! The case status has since updated again today to "Case was approved". So now waiting for the approval notice, also.

Hope you all have progress in your cases soon. My file was at the Nebraska service center.

I've posted a couple times in this thread so I just wanted to give a final update on our case. On September 8 we got a notification that my husband was scheduled for his N-400 interview at the Charleston, SC office on September 30th. We didn't know what to expect but were prepared to interview together for the still-pending I-751 as well if need be. They didn't let me inside due to covid and didn't even address the I-751. He passed the interview/exam for naturalization, did the oath and they gave him his certificate. The whole thing took about two hours. I just checked online and no case status updates so far, but none of that matters anymore because we are done! Very excited and feel really lucky to be in Charleston for this part of our process as they apparently are very fast. Good luck to everyone still waiting, and thanks to all of you. This community was absolutely priceless and allowed us to do this without lawyers. 🤗🥰

Hello filers!

Has anyone gotten their interviews waived?

My case is still stuck on "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview"

Thank you.

did anyone apply for n400 already without the approval of I751?

Yes. 1yr 1mo i751 and just applied for n400 online on October, we didn’t want to pay the increased fee and once USCIS is allowed to increase the fees they most likely will do it without notice next time.

Our case is at CSC too, with our receipt number also starting with WAC19903. We have not heard anything since being notified that prior biometrics would be used to process our case; that was on May 13. 😕 We submitted our ROC materials a couple of weeks after you. Hopeful we will hear something soon?
