Hello everyone! Everyone's timeline is looking great so far..I am a little bit concerned about mine:

Wednesday 8/14 - Documents sent (to AZ location)

Saturday 8/17 - USPS delivery confirmation

and that's it..:) Wondering if it is normal or anybody else has also similar timeline. Looking back; We did not write ATTN: I-751 on the package, maybe we should have?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

Not writing Attn: I-751 probably won't be a make or break issue. As you know, USCIS is notoriously arbitrary in the initial response to petitions. That said, if you have the means to monitor your payment method, that's the best sign of gauging progress. If your payment method clears, you know the petition was accepted even if you've not yet been notified. A non clearance for payment after a span of time could mean a problem. Did you submit well within your 90-day window?

No worries. Since you're within the 90-day period, you should be fine. You'll hear something soon. Keep your eye on the check, and keep us informed of any updates.

Hello everyone! I  will be sending out my ROC packet in the next few days. I have a few questions:

1. When filing out the I 751, do you put none and N/A on parts that are blank or do you leave those parts blank?

2. Also the evidence that you are submitting ie. bank statements etc, do you annotate and highlight the key parts ie. our direct deposits or just submit as is?

3. My husband was added to my joint checking last September 2018 however before that he would just deposit his check into that account. Shall I only send bank statements from last September or before that would be okay as it shows his check deposits made into the account? his name is not on account before September 2018

any help would be appreciated! :)

thank you in advance!

Don't highlight anything. Leave it as it is.

Send everything even if he only deposited his checks into the account. Have your bank set up a letter saying when he got added as an authorized user.

I put either N/A or none on parts that are blank.
