I have received a Case FE Review note that says "NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and nvc.state.gov/ceac."

at this point i have submitted all the required DS-260, civil and financial documents and yet to recieve a response from the NVC. I submitted them last july.

Hi, I also received this message today. Did you get an update or follow up email from NVC?

Hi,

I got the same message 15 days submitting my documents. Is this a generic message? or how did you resolve it? thank you

Submitted docs a little less than a month ago. Just got my AOS documents "accepted", but the entire time it was just tagged as submitted. Take this information as you will.

Log in and look to see what is missing.  It could be that you've not presented the scans in an orientation they prefer or it could be that they've requested further documents.

NVC says it's a known system issue and that no action is required from petitioners/applicants.  But I suggest you call NVC anyway to let them know you are also affected by this issue.  We did.
