I received the NOA 1 Letters after they cashed the checks

Checks come first, but for us the date when checks were cashed turned out NOA dates later. Also the 'received' dates on MyUSCIS website

Joining this Group we mailed on the 3 was delivered on the 5 ,they just sent NOA 1 today

If there is an RFE, do they send it after NOA1 ?

They wouldn't cash your check if there was an RFE.

I have seen here people receiving REF after completing biometrics.
