I'm in the same situation, 73 days since the case was ready to be scheduled (Newark field office) and still nothing! no EAD no AP no SSN nothing at all and I really don't understand that!

I really don’t understand it! Especially when people have already been approved. I knew it was gonna be a long wait but I just panicked reading everyone’s success stories. Happy for them, but nervous for me lol so I’m happy that someone else is in the same position and it’s not just me. I was gonna phone but I don’t know who to phone and what to say. It does say on the website the processing time is 10.5to 23 months. But someone said they received ssn and ead. For me it still says “case recieved” for the ead

Have you ever got your visa journey EAD/AP estimate approval time that says "any time now" how much more time did you wait that? I know VJ is not part of USCIS....I just wonder how accurate their estimated times are... Thank you

Hi,

I filled my I-485 with I-765 on 8/20/19 and received

12/23/19 Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview - I485

09/24/19 Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken - I765

I received the courtesy letter for missing I-693 on 12/16/19. I don't really know what is with my EAD. I can imagine the I485 will be send to local USCIS office for interview schedule. Does the approval of the EAD remain at NBC? Do you know any August filers that received the EAD? I do not see any pattern and this drives me crazy. Waiting desperately on EAD

Well it's the same exact thing for me still but I got a notification from VJ last night saying the time to receive my EAD and AP could be anytime now, that made me a little happy and gave me some hope lol :D

I got it too yesterday and is still wondering what it means because I got a RFIE on12|18|19, and I am of the opinion that usually when you get a RFIE everything is being put on hold until an individual/s respond to it.....please share.

Filed Aug 1st, did the biometrics September 3, received RFE October 30th, USCIS received RFE November 14, and no updates since then. I'll probably call USCIS after new year.

I asked last time I called USCIS, and if the RFE is for your AOS, it doesn't put your EAD on hold.
It was a tier 1 representative.
