i have an lawyer who did our AOS filling. Concern is he is saying he sent our package on Aug 5th and he didn't send with any options where any of us can track where is our file at. I have all the copies what he sent but not sure if its lost. Can anyone help me to know if we send again all the copies by overnight mail is that going to be an problem? @Greenbaum need your help again.

We are preparing our AOS paperwork now. I just have a quick question. They never took my employment letters for his interview in Dublin. Can I still submit the same one if they have never saw the first ones I got in preparation? They are dated April but nothing has changed (since I am salary).

I also got all the letters from the bank but they never looked at those either.

Thank you in advance!!!

OMG....I'm freaking out! What's the address for sending through USPS? Isn't it 131 south Dearborn, 3rd floor, Chicago, IL, 60603-5517?

I'd kill myself if I sent it wrong? 🙄

Yes, it is the address but for when you mail it through FedEx, ups, DHL, etc

USPS has another address, I wonder if this would bring issues, I'm calling tomorrow

It was received on  last Friday and delivery signed by JC

There's no space for a signature. They only request for your names, email address and phone number.

We are a few people here with the same issues, no NOA1, no emails, nothing.. just wait. Call USCIS and tell them about it..
