Anyone else waiting for a response on RFE? Mine currently sitting at 22 days since they received it, hope to hear something soon getting impatient. Local office Boston.

Hi

Call USCIS and ask them whether your case is ready for intreview.

I am happy there is another applicant based in Boston :)

Hi,

Called the other day and she told me can take 90 days for them to respond and then told me the estimate time wait is 7.5 months to 20 something months. But I’m not going by that because a person that filed in July just had there interview in Boston today.

These are such a great news! Thank you! This timeline  for interview is very similar to what it is being reported in the visajourney statistics.

When you call USCIS you need to make a very specific inquiry: ask them whether your case is ready for interview.

Great ! I am an atheist but at this moment I am praying

Good for you cata. I am in Boston  filed Sept. 16th and I am feeling  down now as I woke up to a notification  for REF. I am waiting  to get the REF in the mail but this will put my case on hold.😭😭

I am sorry you need to deal with a RFE, I know it is frustrating.

I got a RFE on the 4th of October and my case was ready for interview on the 31st of October.

Lest hope Boston´s office will set up interviews soon. Hugs.

Hello everyone... I am an October filer, but I have a question... since you guys are about 3 months ahead of us... how long did it take you guys to get EAD

I believe no one has theirs yet and many are getting green card interviews first
