That was fast. Still waiting for a date since 10/17.

Also still waiting for my interview letter (10/15). Called USCIS last week and they confirmed that the notice had been sent, called again this morning and asked to speak to a Tier 2 agent, waiting on the callback now, to see if they can confirm when the interview actually is!

Some offices are faster than others, it’s a real shame for those who are waiting but you’re not far away!

Yep!

Anyone with an interview notice see it states “initial” interview, or just me?

That's great...congrats!

I am a professional googler 😄 and in google images, some sample interview notices does say "Request for applicant to appear for initial interview"

hey guys a quick question, what is CIS Office mean? Is that referring to the office at which I am staying and going to have my interview? cause I always thought it should be Chicago since the application was sent to USCIS Chicago address?

I got my interview letter today for Kendall, it's on December 5th. Nothing changed on case status, still showing as ready to schedule.

Starting to get a little nervous now. Does anyone have a list of what we need to take. I know it's on the letter but it's all a little bit overwhelming.

I think CIS Office stands for Citizen and Immigration Services Office, i.e. a USCIS Office.  The term "CIS Office" by itself would just refer generally to a USCIS office.  You probably need to list "CIS Office" in the full context that it is being used to get a more specific answer...
