I think they changed it in November 2018. Oops! It does say on the letter tho that you shouldn’t send any documents as this could delay your case so I think it’ll mention it again on the interview letter and then you just take it to the interview with you. Also, if you go back to the place you had it done before it shouldn’t cost as much. I called and the place I went to said this happens all the time so it’ll be 150 rather than the initial 400 I paid.

My case has changed to ready to be scheduled, did yours change to that?

Filed AOS - 8/23/19

Received NOA - 8/23/19

Bio Appointment - 9/16/19

We received an email on 10/19/19 from USCIS telling us that they are scheduling our AOS interview.

Now awaiting date for the interview via mail.

Has anyone gotten an RFE letter after being told interview is being scheduled. Has anyone heard of any tips for the interview?

Your status will change again to interview scheduled. You will then receive the letter through the mail. I’ve seen others who have had to wait a month before the status changed again

Did you come over on K1 visa? sorry for all the questions, I just want to be prepared.

You also mentioned getting the medical redone at the place I did it at but that was back in London :(

Do you have a link so I can read about the rule changes please?

It's ok, I found this....

3. What if I am a K nonimmigrant visa holder and already had a medical examination overseas? Form I-693 Instructions 07/15/19 Page 8 of 12 If you were admitted as a: A. K-1 fiancé(e) or a K-2 child of a K-1 fiancé(e); or B. K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen or a K-4 child of a K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen; and C. You received a medical examination prior to admission, then: (1) You are not required to have another medical examination as long as you file your Form I-485 within one year of an overseas medical examination;

Sorry, no I am adjusting from esta.. I should have said that before. I sent all of the paperwork at once so I had my medical done here, forgetting that most people on this thread cams in k1 And would have had their medical done overseas.

Here is a screenshot of where it says it has to be done no later than 60 days before you filed. But I don’t think this will be the case for you
