I just got an email saying

“case status: testing and interview”

it then says “we are ready to schedule your form I-485 for an interview.”

when I sign into myUSCIS it still says “finger print review was completed”

Does this mean i won’t get a RFE? Hearing from people on here the last couple days I have been sitting going thru every possible thing that I could possibly have done wrong with the application lol until now obviously.

You can receive RFE during any time of the process, however after "ready to be scheduled" status it's unlikely :)

So, we did the exact same thing and didn't submit the TAX RETURN (copied the wrong part and just the W2s for 2018 tax year)

Brandonflude1, we submitted ours it arrived in LEe's Summit Thursday (10th Oct) and my case was updated to say that the USCIS have received the evidence on the 11th, so mine took 1 working day for it to update. I'm not sure if that's the norm or.

Just 1 full working day. I think they will update tonight/thursday morning if they proceed with the same speed as on my case.

No updates for me this morning, so hopefully today or tomorrow. If not then the stress kicks in 😂

Received the RFIE in the mail finally and thankfully🙏 it was an easy fix. They want me to submit the form I-130A which I am positive I sent with my application before, so they must have lost it or something. Just grateful that it was something simple, so I just reprinted the saved file I had, made a  quadruple check and sent it off today.

I’m up the 405 in Los Angeles! I was watching someone else’s timeline in the same city and they got their appointment already. So I thought it would move fast lol..
