Anyone else having trouble getting their Drivers License with the NOA1?

I‘m in Texas and my DL process is now in “manual verification“ because they apparently can’t very my lawful presence through SAVE... I already had my biometrics appointment and have all my NOA1s.

And in Texas you can only drive with your foreign license for the first 90 days. Meaning as of Saturday I am completely dependent on my husband to drive me everywhere.

Is anyone here who has done experience on the time frame for this?

I'm in Miami and I was able to get my licence.

I had to take my NOA1 for AOS, 2 forms of proof of address, marriage cert, passport and spouse's passport

Same here in Ohio. Passed the written test for getting TIPIC, however my NOA1 is under my husband's last name, while my SSN is still in maiden name. DMV will proceed only after I change my SSN to married name because their system shown error "name did not match". I have not go to SSA yet to change my name as I heard they normally will ask for EAD since my I-94 is already expired. So, I will just wait until EAD on hand to change name (or hopefully it will come together with EAD since I ticked "replacement SSN" on I-765 form) then proceed applying DL again.

Nope. Biometric completed but even that has not been updated.

It's a hit and miss. Really depends who handles our cases.
