280 days waiting since we received the update that our case was ready for an interview. I tried calling but it’s impossible to talk to anyone that isn’t a robot. Any tips? Thank you. I am afraid his work permit will expire before he gets the greencard.

I’m so happy to see someone from Texas

Service Center get an interview schedule. I’ve been waiting for 445 days already. PD is Sept 3, 2019. What’s your priority date?

We filed for my husband’s new work authorization. In less than 2 weeks his interview was scheduled. Yes, it is probably completely unrelated, but that’s how it worked for us.

NOA1: July 20, 2017
NOA2: February 2, 2018 (200 days from NOA1)

PD 08/12/2019

Interview 12/01/2020

FO Newark, NJ

Didn’t get approved on the spot but received an update that “new card is being produced” when we arrived home.

We waited almost 30 mins after arriving Newark FO and 20 more mins for the interview.

The officer was very nice and only focused on our marriage relationship and then a few yes/no questions in i-485 forms.

I feel that frustration after waiting for over 350 days to get an update after my rfe was received . I hope you get an update soon.

But when your ead expires, you can apply for ead renewal and they will automatically extend the old ead for 180 days.

I'm at about 525 days.  I've just renewed EAD and AP, it's fairly easy.  LMK if you need any help.
