Me and my husband just got married :wub: , and i came here with my tourist visa. Now we are trying to fill out all the paper work, but i think we did it wronggggg!

I first send the I-130 without a cover letter, but it seems that i only have to send this:

I-485

I-485A

I-765

G-325A

I-693

I-864

I-864A

So is there any problem if i just send all this, EVEN if i all ready send the wrong forms? and my second question will be.... who need to fill out the I-485A?

I-485A is only used in special cases, ans well as I-864A

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
