Got 221g submit joint sponsor 
Sent 221g and passport- July 15 2019
 
Now August 2 shows ( Nonimmigrant and it Says APPLICATION RECEIVED ) when I check CEAC 

What does this mean?

It means the IV unit has received and completed its review and sent it to the NIV unit for final processing

Status change to NIV is good
