Well, I got my NOA2 hardy copy and my mom PDF it to me. NVC says it is still not in their system. Hopefully I will get a letter saying they sent it to the embassy soon. Who knows!! I do feel better now that I am fianally done with the USCIS. :dance:

Met Dec. 4 2006

1st visit to Russia - Jan. 23-30.

Engaged Jan. 24

CSC recieved and pending - NOA1 March 1

Touched- March 9 - recieved NOA1 hard copy in mail.

2nd visit - March 12 -27

Touched - May 23 (pleeeeeeeeeeeease)

APPROVED MAY 22 (On 5/25 I did the RFE trick and the CSC said it was approved 5/22. The dufus at USCIS was completely positive they were only working on Nov. 2006 petitions)

May 30th- Petition leaves CSC for NVC.

3rd visit - May 31 - August 31 ( If all goes well she will come home with me!!!)

Left NVC June 11th (I called everyday since 5/30 and they never recieved it??? Then on 6/13 I called and it was not only recieved but already sent to the embassy 6/11?? 

INTERVIEW 8/22

July 3rd-Recieved Packet

8/22 Interview was a sucess!!!

8/31 We arrive at JFK. Problem free entry.

10/26 Married!

1/15/08 Sent I-485

2/26 NOA

3/21 Biometrics Appointment

3/29 Received EAD Card

Has anyone who was approved in late May recieved NOA2 hard copy from the CSC or confirmation from the NVC?? I just called NVC and there is no record yet of receiving my approved petition. I was approved on May 22 and I called May 29 and the CSC said my petition was "moved" to the area where they are about to be sent off. :angry: The stupidity never stops!!

My fiancee recieved a letter from NVC stating our case has been approved and is now sent to Manila where my interview take place ,we havent recieved our NOA 2 we recieved the letter from NVC May 30. I am also confused with this.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Read around, that's happening to a LOT of people lately. Call USCIS and use the prompts for the request for evidence to connect to the CSC. Then explain the situation and they *SHOULD* get it sent. Just dont let it go since you'll need it when you do AOS.

Timeline

AOS

Mailed AOS, EAD and AP Sept 11 '07

Recieved NOA1's for all Sept 23 or 24 '07

Bio appt. Oct. 24 '07

EAD/AP approved Nov 26 '07

Got the AP Dec. 3 '07

AOS interview Feb 7th (5 days after the 1 year anniversary of our K1 NOA1!

Stuck in FBI name checks...

Got the GC July '08

Listen to The Godmother! ;) You and I were approved on the same day. I didn't find out about being approved until today when Nag helped me and I contacted NVC. They said approved May 22 and June 6, it just left for Kiev. I never received any notices. I was pissed also because when I did contact CSC around May 29, the girl told me there was a decision on May 22. But refused to tell me what in the hell the decision was! NVC said they received my case on June 4 and out it went on the 6th. Congrats to ya! :thumbs:

Congrats! I just called and mine was received today as well!! The guy was so nice and told me "they don't stay here long!" Call back in a week to 10 days and we can tell you if it was sent. So exciting!!

The NVC got my case today! :dance:

Awww congrats to you guys!! Seems they're riding out those 14 days as CSC. I have so many words I'd love to give them..... My patience is decreasing daily.

Thanks!! Yeah, don't let them get to you. Just keep trying the NSC - I got an unhelpful woman a couple of days ago telling me it could take up to 90 DAYS to come from the CSC. I was like well, normally a couple of weeks right? She said NO - 90 DAYS! I just said thank you and hung up and tonight I got the nicest guy ever, so just keep calling!! Good luck all :D

Well, I talked to CSC today and they said my visa left for the NVC on May 30th. The NVC still has not recievied it(not in the system yet)!!! Alittle annoyed!!! At least I am officially done with the USCIS idiots!!!! Waiting patiently in Russia!!!! Still hoping my lady will leave with me on Aug 31!!!

Met Dec. 4 2006

hi we same problem my fiance recieved a letter from nvc last may 28 stating that our case has been approved and sent to manila but the problem is why the usc our papers still pending, and my fiance he call the nvc and they say that our papers they havent recieve that papers, whats that how come that they send my fiance a letter from nvc, pls help me

Did you just call with the RFE trick? Still waiting on NVC to get ours. I really REALLY hate CSC. Could they possibly be any more incompetent. Just MAIL the damn things!!! :angry: :angry: :angry:
