I751 (VSC) process times, and change address?

Hello,

I'm working on removing the conditions for my wifes green card. We filed jointly.

1st question: we received the I-797, receipt notice for the I-751 (CRI89) (1-year extension) on 5/23/2007 from the Vermont Service Center. Does anyone with a similar timeline know about how long I should expect to get a biometrics appointment?

2nd question: we are moving from Virginia to New York in 2 weeks. I have already done the change of address online, no problem, got the confirmation number, etc. But when I proceeded to try to update the address on our pending case above, I entered the receipt number, and said that it was for a form I-751, I got an error message and was told that my receipt number did not correspond with the type of form I put in. So I looked for form CRI89 instead, but that was not an option. My question is, since we'll still be here for 2 more weeks, and perhaps we'll get our biometrics appointment anyway before we leave (depending on the answer to question #1 above), should I just wait and see what happens, or should I call USCIS now and tell them to update the address on the case now?

Thanks.

Lumpy
