NBC Processing time for pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)] changed

Hi All,

 

Noticed that NBC processing time for "Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)]" changed.

It was 6.5 - 8.5 months  but now it reduced to 2.5-5 months.

 

Great news for all who are waiting for AOS EAD.

It changed about 2 days ago and I keep checking to make sure they aren't playing with my head and turning it back again!

I thought it happened today,coz i check it everyday in between work.Hope that the whole process continue this momentum.

Select I-765 as the form and select NBC as the service center.

Then you can see the update.
