I wish you best in your case too dear. Have you tried to call a visa or travel agent in your area to know how long it takes to process this form in your location.

 

They can tell you about other people's experience processing time for ds-5535 in the same consulate.

You can use Adobe or use the old way of printing it our and scan it

Hi, my spouse got an email asking to fill out the same form after verbal approval on Sept 2 and we were given our passports back.

 

Just curious if you know why you got administrative review: were you the primary applicant? Any insight appreciated
