oh I am sorry to hear that.

I hope you get DQ this time.

Goodluck

They keep rejecting me birth certificate because a word on one page is a little faded, there is nothing I can do about it, it's so annoying and getting a new one is nearly impossible

No I haven't tried calling them, but I will if they reject it this time as well

It's very annoying because everything else was accepted a long time ago and only this document keeps getting rejected and every time they have a new reason, like #######? can't they just tell me everything that is wrong at once so I won't have to wait for 3 months for one stupid document?

Why doesn't NVC initially ask for W2s if they ask for it as 'additional documentation' after the 3 week wait??

Did they give a reason? Did you submit any other documentation with your tax return/transcript? Like paystubs?

No reason. Just 'submit additional documentation of W2 for submitted tax transcripts'

Recent paystubs were sent in.

All documents say 'accepted' but got a message about W2.

Did your sponsor(s) file married filing separately or married filing jointly?
See the image below straight from the NVC's website.

I'm so glad I caught this just now. My joint-sponsor filed married filing jointly and we would have gotten an RFE, as we did not upload their W2's along with their tax transcripts.
