I have an confusion guys!!!!

Can anybody make me clear that.....How many years tax transcripts are needed to send to nvc??

Is it neccessary to send 3 years transcripts??

We applied through rapidvisa and they told my husband that 3 years transcripts are must to avoid any problem or effect on case .

My husband income for 2016 was 20500$ bcz he lived out of USA and he works for only few month.

SO DOES IT EFFECT ON OUR CASE ?

AND DO WE WILL NEED JOINT SPONSER ?

What does nvc look for and what if he dont send for 3 years ??

Thanks in advance...🙏🙏🙏

They only need the latest tax transcript (2018) unless you check the box that your willing to send your 3 years transcript...  I only send my latest transcript (2018).  about Joint sponsor you only need that if your income is less than $21137 for household of 2. if you have enough the answer is NO need Joint sponsor. Goodluck

I just reviewed notice on case tracker app that our case was sent to NVC on July 31. Does anybody know if the Turkish consulate is scheduling interview soon?  I know it’s a long shot question but I’m planning on going to Turkey in October and staying to be there until his interview. Hoping for interview in October/November. Can this be possible?

Try inquiring via https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html?wcmmode=disabled

This is what I did and my case number came the day after they replied.

No we’re Nigeria but it makes sense to travel around that time and stay until interview. Once our case is received I’ll try to expedite. Also make sure to submit all documents correctly the first time so as not to waste more time but it’s also good idea to get a timeline on how long turkey interview slots are opening up. Good luck !!

Thank you! That would be amazing to get my interview date that soon, but it looks like Montreal has about a 2 month wait for an interview date right now. Keeping my fingers crossed that it is sooner than that!

Hello, I’m just starting this process as we just got approved last week. How do you find out what the wait time is for your embassy? Ours is Argentina. Thank you and good luck!!

You can follow timelines for other people going through this process for your country. Here is what I see for Argentina:  https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?op6=All&op7=Argentina&dfile=No&op1=&op2=&op3=&op4=1&op5=5%2C6%2C8%2C10%2C11%2C13%2C14%2C15%2C16%2C17%2C18%2C20%2C21%2C22%2C25%2C26%2C27%2C28&cfl=0

When it comes to uploading documents on CEAC, do they want front and back or just the front (ex: marriage certificates, birth certificate, etc.)

Copied from the NVC website:

Should I scan the back (reverse) side of my documents?

Yes. Please scan both the front and back sides of any document that has stamps, seals, or writing on the back. (If the back of the document is blank, do not scan it.)
