NVC Filers - August 2019

Hey guys....

I was looking at the AOS form and see the option for household assets in which there is point to mention accounts savings and checking !!Do petitioner has to fill that ???? Or skip that option ??

Hi, no I didn’t receive DQ yet:( After speaking to NVC, I apparently submitted the wrong AOS form and it got rejected and we’ve had to submit the correct form I-864 joint sponsor rather then I-864A. We were misguided unfortunately! After requesting to delete the household member, there was a glitch that caused few original submitted forms to be  missing:( So we re submitted and added the correct AOS form and now praying all goes well.  Good luck to you, hope you receive great news soon!

It took them two months to send mine! CSC is the slowest Service Center. it's unfortunate 😞

I have an confusion guys!!!!

 

Can anybody make me clear that.....How many years tax transcripts are needed to send to nvc?? 

Is it neccessary to send 3 years transcripts??

 

We applied through rapidvisa and they told my husband that 3 years transcripts are must to avoid any problem or effect on case .

 

My husband income for 2016 was 20500$ bcz he lived out of USA and he works for only few month. 

SO DOES IT EFFECT ON OUR CASE ?

AND DO WE WILL NEED JOINT SPONSER ?

 

What does nvc look for and what if he dont send for 3 years ??

How much did he make in 2018? Who is he petitioning for? do u have children?

24000$ for 2018 even he was in india for few months. But 2016 is little less. My husband applies for me and no children.

Thank you! That would be amazing to get my interview date that soon, but it looks like Montreal has about a 2 month wait for an interview date right now. Keeping my fingers crossed that it is sooner than that!
