Hello! We got our NVC Case number today via email from NVC. 😁

 

NOA1: 12/21/18

NOA2: 7/19/19

Sent to NVC: 7/23/19

NVC received: 7/31/19

Case number assigned: 8/22/19

This is very disturbing because it is unusual.

Ugh I’m so sorry! I can understand the frustration - I hope it doesn’t take another full 3 weeks and you can get approved soon. It is very frustrating that they don’t list everything they need on the website and it seems to differ case by case. I wish you good luck in this waiting game!

it stinks but what are you gonna do.... just praying it doesnt take the full 3 weeks + supervisor review again. resubmitting today! Good luck as well!

resubmitted July 23rd

we are on our 3rd RFE for the same thing (a tax document keeps getting rejected from my american husband), we hired a lawyer for our entire cr-1 process. Was hoping we wouldnt get so many RFE's with a lawyer lol

I’m in the same boat as you “same tax issue” funny thing is I uploaded the same document twice once in the required document section and another in the additional document section they rejected it under required and accepted under additional.... like OMG REALLY!!!

I had same problem,my tax transcript was rejected cuz we didn’t scan both sides.I mistakenly uploaded the wrong file again ,after I noticed ,I uploaded as an additional document but I wrote something in the column space telling them about the mistake,I just pray and hope they will understand.

We didn't upload my husband's passport so that the text read horizontally (and they can't rotate it for you!). We've been waiting 25 days for them to approve that ONE very simple document. All other documents were approved.

I am very happy to share we got the DQ email today! Thank you again to everyone who has shared there experience and advice it has been very much appreciated! I wish everyone who is still waiting the best of luck moving forward for a speedy review. Now onto waiting for the interview appointment! 😬
