Called NVC today and their “ electronic system is down” so they gave me the same generic answer. No time timeline and that we have to wait for the embassy

Has anyone been able to get accurate estimates for interview wait times from NVC? I called myself last night and she said the same thing “there is no timeline”.

I knew it couldn’t be true. NVC doesn’t give out specifics like that unless they want you off the phone. We’ll be waiting until Sept 12 for any interviews to be announced.

Hi guys, I need a little help here regarding the documents and how to make sure that they are scanned the right side up when opening it.  My marriage certificate is one of those long ones.  I tried everything to make sure that when I open it, its opened the right way.  I heard you get RFE for not submitting the document the right way.  I can not figure this thing out.  Please help.  Everytime i open the document, it still opens up the long vertical way.  I need it horizontal.  Any advise would be helpful.  Also I just recieved my case number and paid my fees just waiting for payment to be processed so I can start uploading.  Should I be scanning and uploading each individual document by themselves.  For example, Marriage certificate is scanned seperate, than Birth certificate and so on?

If you save it as a pdf ypu can make sure it is uploaded the right way. And yes each doc is uploaded separately
