Hi All

How long have you been waiting for Your IL now?

I've been waiting for a few weeks now and longer than the others for London (looking at the case closed to interview s/sheet). I called the nvc and they said they couldn't tell me when my interview notification is likely to arrive and said that I may want to try to expedite..

Has anyone tried to expedite at this late stage of the process? I'm worried it will mess things up this late? 😔

If you have a good and valid reason to expedite, try. Others tried but were denied. I know someone who expedited their case because of school. They are in the US now.

Hello,

We've been waiting 104 days and counting for my husband's interview letter since becoming documentarily qualified, and 482 since USCIS first received his petition.  Hopefully your journey will be shorter!  Good luck with expediting if you try for it!

How long?! That's ridiculous :( I'm so sorry and keeping everything crossed it'll come through soon. Which embassy are you waiting on?

@Nody any updates?

Nothing at all!!

I have no idea if we're waiting for the embassy or the NVC cause if we are waiting for the embassy they are off since last Friday for Eid vacation, but they will start working again tomorrow!

Embassy provides the dates. NVC then sends IL letters accordingly.

We've had a full week off here in Bangladesh. Utterly dire.
