The interview date sent out is 09/05/2019.. I really hope the April and May waitlist of CR1/IR1 MUM gets ILs soon for the rest of the dates in September!! Good luck guys! This backlog is too heavy. Hope we see some light at the end of the tunnel this week!

His interview was July 25th

Oh, I see that the timeline from when an immigrant visa applicant is DQ'd by the NVC, to when he/she receives interview letter, to when he/she goes for the visa interview, is about 1month interval in between each step. This gives us an idea of what to expect. Hopefully, we will all sing a song of victory at last.

273 CR1 visas issued in June. Other link was of non immigrant visas (NIV).

Student visa wait time was 9days a week before, now it’s 52 days. So maybe they were prioritising student visas in June n July and now they are back to routine processing. 

Hoping that CR1 category will have some movement hereafter .
