So, are you saying someone with a CC date of May 8 but F4 category was given an interview BEFORE the IR1/CR1 cases from late April?   That flies in the face of NVC's statement that interviews are scheduled based on DQ date regardless of category.

The person who was quoted as getting an IL yesterday was an f4 category.
