Depends of the embassy/consulate. For the consulate in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil now everything is done electronically and there is no longer a sealed envelope. They only issue the immigrant visa. 

 

This is is a new process that they are starting to role out and Brazil was one of the first one to implemented.

I know it's worth the wait but the process is very frustrating especially when the wait is taking forever like in my case!!

I hope you don’t mind me asking, how long did you have to wait for NVC to accept everything after resubmitting? We had the same issue with the forms. Ugh it’s so frustrating! Thank you
