Yep, that is what the data says skip, why all the glee?  We see the same increase from 2014 through 2019.

Glee?  No, this is not the “same increase”.  Unless you are counting Jan/Feb.  The 2019/2020 (delta) exceeds the delta for half a decade.  Nice pic of a really bad flu season.  2017/2018?  COVID smoked that by end of May.

We using the same data here.  We just interpreting it differently.  What it tells me is a LOT of people died and died unnecessarily.  Dismissing it or attributing it to made up reasons without addressing it is why the administration is looking at something along the lines of 1936, not 2016.  Any chance to reverse that has evaporated.

I was referring to the pre-2020 lines that parallel each other through the summer/winter seasons.

 

Good to know that you “know what the press might do if Joe gets elected”.  I sure don’t.  Are you saying that even though Trump did nothing that changed GDP growth, nothing but expand the trade deficit, nothing but expand the federal deficit, and mishandled the coronavirus so badly that he absolutely wrecked our economy he was the best president for the poor and homeless?  Im sure you’re right.  Flushing him anyway 😂 Have a good week

I never said it was normal, in fact I did mention that it was a pandemic of viral origins which generally drives up the overall death numbers beyond normal.  No one is burying anything, and no one is avoiding answering a question.  I know Hillary Clinton is a superhuman "public servant", but if she was in the WH, she would have had the same public health advisors giving her advice, the only difference is she would have had an ally in the media to spin everything positive.  The real fact here is pandemics are the responsibilities of the States in our representative republic, and the Feds can issue advice, but there is nothing they can do to force a State to follow it if the States own public health officials are advising other options.  There is no consensus among the epidemiologists that are discussing this pandemic as we have seen in the Barrington Proclamation, all of them have their own minds, and everyone has their own good intentions in the face of a pandemic.  Being a lifelong Republican as you say, I would expect you would be for a weaker central government, well unfortunately this is not conducive to these types of events other than to provide the means and purchasing power of the Federal government.  Believe what you want, Kamala will make an excellent President, just make sure you always wear your mask during cold and flu season, the folks in Asia do it all the time.
