Found it in the video, but didn't show up on the transcript searching for "proud" or "boys".  But you guys are right, it was there.  Brought up by Biden.  Fed to him by Wallace.

I don't recall 90%.  His final projection was like 70% and I felt he took on a bit more cautious tone in his final projection to sort of cover himself just in case.

I am old enough to remember back in 2012 when Biden debated Paul Ryan. He constantly interrupted Ryan. Badgering him non stop. Was much more of bully thsn Trump was.Obummer and the dems defended it

Polls are like lie detectors in that they are useful but not at all for what people actually believe to be their purpose. Lie detectors can't detect lies but they are fantastic at eliciting confessions, especially in people who believe the nonsense the examiner tells them. Polls can't predict election results but are good at psychologically herding people, demoralizing, or galvanizing certain people. By getting people believe this fraud, it basically turns these things into a self-fulfilling prophecy, even though objectively they're trash.

I went back and watched the proud boy segment again. When asked if he would condemn white supremacy,  Trump replied, Sure! Then Biden asked about the Proud boys, and Trump replied.
