I was planning on it but my therapist asked to reschedule my appointment, so now I'm going to miss it.

My therapist is controlling my life too....

I did attempt to watch the debates but it was after my Houston Rockets win over the Los Angelas Clippers I went surfing to find if it was happening but it had ended. Lucky me it was over but at least I gave it a thought.

Well, I wanted to see her before Christmas, and she had something come up with her son at school during my scheduled slot, so I went for it. Sounds like there was a whole bit about wine caves which I would have been interested to hear about! :lol: 

 

It was a good session though, she has a background in neuropsychology so we talked about my migraines and how some of the breakthroughs I've been having in session (I have had some big ones recently) have brought up some very old issues that are causing me stress. These are issues far older than my first marriage and I have pushed them way, way down because. well, they suck! So I am going to see a neurologist in the new year after the move and make sure that it's not something else, and go through more testing.
