Hi, I'm an American citizen, and I am married to a British citizen. We got married almost a year ago, and live together in the UK. I was having trouble finding work in the UK, so I went back to America for a 6 month contract job. She is a university student so she couldn't come over with me, and has to be there next fall for her final year at University. We have no plans of adjusting her status in America at this time, because we want to make the UK our home. She does however want to come visit me for the summer. Should there be any problems with her coming over on the visa waiver? She does not intend to stay here, and has some things that prove she has a life to go back to in the UK at the end of the summer.

She has a schedule from work stating they are holding her job

She has student loan forms stating that she has a pending loan for next year

She has an apartment lease form for next year

She has a return ticket for the end of august.

She has a copy of my UK residency visa.

Do you think this will be sufficient proof that she has a life to go back to?
